学系主任及学术带头人
    薛社普
:男,1917年生,中国科学院院士。美国华盛顿大学理哲学博士,历任中国医学科学院基础医学研究所细胞生物室主任;中国解剖学会理事长;解剖学报主编。现任中国解剖学会名誉理事长及国际解剖联合会理事,国际形态科学委员会委员。国家重点细胞生物学科带头人。我国细胞分化调控开拓者之一,首创无核的网织红细胞杂交模型。发现哺乳类红细胞中存在能抑制肿瘤恶性和诱导终末分化的红细胞分化因子,提出该因子是导致哺乳类红细胞自然排核的进化产物。从事实验胚胎诱导分化、神经发生学、肿瘤恶性调控和生殖生物学等方面的科研工作,在国内、外先后发表学术论文200多篇,编著书籍6种。曾获部委级科技进步二等奖三项。
    章静波:男,1938年生,教授,博士生导师。1961年上海第一医学院毕业,1965年中国医学科学院研究生毕业。1974~1975英国Imperial Cancer Research Fund进修,1989~1990加拿大B.C. Cancer Research Center高级访问学者。现任中国协和医科大学教授,历任中国医学科学院基础医学研究所细胞生物室主任,解剖学报主编(三届),基础医学与临床副主编。长期从事肿瘤细胞的癌变机理、分化调控、信号传导等领域的研究。1981年改良人精子与金黄地鼠卵体外受精技术并应用于男性抗生育药物研究。1985年与同事建立我国第一株人食管癌细胞系并进行一系列细胞生物学特性研究。多年来为研究生讲授高级细胞生物学、组织培养、实验肿瘤学等课程。迄今发表有关论文80余篇,编著书籍10余种,获国家科技进步奖1项,省部级奖4项。
    赵春华,男,1963年生,教授,博士生导师。1993年毕业于军事医学科学院,获医学博士学位;1995年赴美国明尼苏达大学从事博士后研究;1998年7月晋升为美国明尼苏达大学医学院血液肿瘤骨髓移植系助教授,任干细胞研究所正式教职。2000年回国,先后担任实验血液学国家重点实验室常务副主任、国家干细胞工程技术研究中心副主任、中美国际合作实验室主任、国家“十五”863计划“组织器官工程”重大专项总体专家组成员等职务。现任中国医学科学院组织工程研究中心主任、中国医学科学院基础医学研究所细胞生物学系主任、教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、国家新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、卫生部有突出贡献中青年专家、第二、三届国家自然科学基金委生命科学部咨询专家委员会成员、中国解剖学会副秘书长、中国实验血液学会副主任委员、国际《Stem Cells and Development》杂志亚洲区主编(regional editor)。1999年获美国明尼苏达州医学研究基金奖及明尼苏达大学教授基金奖,2000年获天津市自然科学二等奖,2001年获第七届中国青年科技奖、中华医学科技二等奖,2004年获国家“973”计划先进个人称号,2006年获北京市科学技术二等奖、中华医学科技三等奖,2007年获高等学校技术发明一等奖,2009年获国家技术发明二等奖(均为第一完成人)。
长期以来致力于干细胞生物学基础与临床应用研究。主持承担了国家重大科学研究计划、长江学者创新团队、“重大新药创制”国家科技重大专项、国家863计划重大专项、长江学者奖励计划、国家杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金重点项目、CMB基金、国家攀登计划等多个国家级科研项目。首次在国际上提出了“亚全能干细胞学说”概念,累计发表论文212篇(SCI论文105篇),以SCIE数据库检索2003-2012年世界各国科学家发表的间充质干细胞(MSC)论文数量,赵春华以通讯作者发表63篇SCI 论文位居榜首,被《Nature》等杂志他引2369次;申请国家发明专利6项,PCT专利3项,获得国内第一个成体干细胞技术发明专利授权;主编出版了专著《干细胞原理、技术与临床》(110万字;国家科技学术著作出版基金资助,入选国家新闻出版总署首届原创出版工程),系统阐明了成体干细胞的等级结构性(Hierarchy)和功能;制订了我国第一个干细胞制剂质量控制标准——《间充质干细胞制造及检定规程》;基于国内科研工作的原创性成果基础上,向国家食品药品监督管理局(SFDA)申报了我国第一个干细胞新药——“骨髓原始间充质干细胞”,该药是其课题组目前研发的系列干细胞药物产品中进度最领先的干细胞治疗新药,目前正在开展Ⅱ期临床试验。已建立的成体干细胞体外规模化制备工艺技术与功能评价体系是国内同行业中唯一集基础理论研究、技术工艺开发和临床应用研究为一系统创新的综合性干细胞技术平台体系。
    韩代书:男,1962年生,教授,博士生导师。1983年毕业于南京大学生物系。1995年毕业于法国巴黎大学,获法国国家自然科学博士学位。1995年至1998年在美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)做博士后研究。现任中国协和医科大学教授。主要从事的研究领域有:IL-2/IL-2R系统在非淋巴细胞中的表达调控及IL-2治疗黑色素瘤的作用机理;目前的主要研究方向为哺乳类红细胞终末分化的分子机理;精子发生的基因调控;感染性疾病的细胞免疫治疗。承担“国家973、科技支撑计划、国家自然科学基金及中法合作”多项科研任务。参与组织和承担研究生课程《细胞生物学讲座》的教学工作,参加研究生课程《组织培养》的教学工作。已发表论文40余篇,参编著作2部。
    陈实平:女,1958年生,副研究员,硕士生导师。1982年2月毕业于厦门大学生物系,1988年赴加拿大温哥华不列颠哥伦比亚大学(UBC)医学院进修。1990年回国后一直从事单克隆抗体及体外诊断试剂的研发工作,具有丰富的实践经验,主持或参与完成国家自然科学基金、国家“十五”重大科技专项、973计划的许多科研项目,每年还承担北京协和医学院研究生《组织培养》课程的教学任务。曾在1992年获中国科协第三届青年科技奖,1993年获卫生部科技进步三等奖,1995年获国家教委科技进步一等奖(丙类),1999年获公安部科技进步二等奖。1994年开始享受政府特殊津贴,1997年评为卫生部有突出贡献的中青年专家,1998年入选国家药品监督管理局药品生物制品审评专家,2002年当选第八届国家药典委员会委员。
    韩钦:女,1977年生,副研究员,硕士生导师。2006年毕业于中国协和医科大学获医学博士学位。主攻间充质干细胞的免疫调节机制及其抗肿瘤活性等方面的研究。长期以来一直致力于干细胞研究,工作兴趣主要集中于干细胞生物学,干细胞免疫学,干细胞临床治疗等方面的研究。主要负责承担了国家“863”计划、“973”计划、自然科学基金、CMB基金等多个国家级科研项目。已在国内外学术杂志上发表多篇第一作者SCI论文(累计IF20余点),参加国际性会议交流的第一作者论文摘要10余篇,参编参译专著多部;参与制订了我国第一个干细胞制剂质量控制标准——《间充质干细胞制造及检定规程》;作为主要工作人员参与研制了我国第一个干细胞新药——“骨髓原始间充质干细胞”。作为主要完成人之一完成的项目成果荣获2006年北京市科学技术二等奖和2007年度教育部技术发明奖一等奖。
    杨隽:女,1977年出生,浙江省人,研究员。“青年千人计划”引进人才。2004年在于中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所获得博士学位,从事微生物新药新型抗生素筛选的研究。2004年至2005年在美国五大骨科疾病研究中心伯明翰大学病理系做博士后,从事信号转导通路与骨代谢疾病的研究。2005年在剑桥大学医学系被聘为Research Associate后从事与肺动脉高压(Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, PAH)疾病相关工作。主要研究方向为骨形成蛋白(Bone Morphogenetic Protein, BMP)信号转导通路与疾病相关的细胞分子机制的研究。作为主要研究者负责和参加英国British Heart Foundation基金资助项目和MRC-BHF 联合资助项目等国内外项目8项, 获得中国发明专利授权1项。2004年以来发表SCI已收录的研究论文11篇。其研究成果多次发表在国际著名的心血管杂志上,其中包括Circulation Research、Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology 和Am J Respir Crit Care Med等杂志。并独立主持辉瑞公司资助研究项目(Pfizer Tracking Number WS2355123)。获得英国胸科大会青年研究者一等奖和辉瑞欧洲肺血管病青年研究者一等奖。
