韩代书

韩代书:1983年毕业于南京大学生物系。1995年毕业于法国巴黎大学,获博士学位,1995年至1998年美国国立卫生研究院博士后,1999年回中国医学科学院基础医学研究所。现任北京协和医学院教授,博士研究生导师。目前的主要研究方向:生殖系统免疫调节与相关的不孕不育。

研究方向

生殖系统具有特殊的免疫抑制环境,用以保护生殖细胞不受免疫系统的损伤,但又容易受到微生物病原体的感染。微生物感染与生殖系统炎症是不孕不育的重要病因实验室研究生殖系统免疫环境的调节机制,以及微生物感染与炎症相关的不孕不育主要内容包括:睾丸与附睾免疫豁免环境保护精子发生的机制;微生物感染与自身免疫反应诱导睾丸炎、附睾炎、精囊炎及前列腺炎的机制组织特异细胞天然免疫反应及其诱发组织炎症中的作用;揭示生殖系统炎症破坏精子形成与功能从而导致男性不育的机制
