刘雁勇



      刘雁勇,副研究员,硕士生导师,主持过包括国家自然科学基金和军队专项等8项课题,作为学术骨干参加过1项国家重大科学研究计划课题及2项国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)课题。申请4项新化合物专利并已获3项国家发明专利授权,正在申请国际专利1项。目前以第一作者/通讯作者身份共发表SCI收录论文22篇。


课题组具有良好的原代细胞及细胞系培养、动物模型建立及行为学评价等研究平台及技术储备,研究内容集成药理、药物化学、药物分析、药剂以及分子生物学等交叉学科。与国内相关研究单位、临床医院及大型药企具有良好的合作关系。

现为中国药理学会抗衰老与老年痴呆专业委员会委员,中国老年学及老年医学学会老年病学分会认知障碍专家委员会委员,中国研究型医院学会神经再生与修复专业委员会委员,北京药理学会候选理事,北京药理学会心脑血管药理专业委员会委员、北京药理学会神经精神药理专业委员会常务委员。

研究方向:

1)神经精神药理学: 关注抑郁症、神经退行性疾病的发病机制及创新药物研究。采用包括蛋白组学、平面微阵列电极等技术,重点研究神经环路重建、突触发生与疾病发生的关系,并探讨新干预靶点及创新药物的设计与评价。

2)肿瘤药理学:利用纳米、多肽偶联等技术,构建肿瘤分子靶向药物,研究其抗肿瘤效应及作用机制。
