佟伟民

科研领域与方向:

本课题组是中国医学科学院基础医学研究所特聘教授兼协和学者佟伟民教授于2007年回国成立的科研团队。近期的研究工作主要集中在以下方向:

1.      RNA  m6A甲基化在神经发育及神经系统疾病中的作用与机制研究;

2.      蛋白质磷酸酶在神经发育过程中及神经系统疾病中的作用与机制研究;

3.      DNA羟甲基化在上皮及神经细胞的退行及恶性转变过程中的功能探索;

4.      DNA损伤修复因子在早期神经发育与神经系统疾病中的功能研究。

佟伟民,北京协和医学院/中国医学科学院基础医学研究所病理学系特聘教授,协和学者。1986中国医科大学医学学士,1991白求恩医科大学病理学硕士,1996奥地利维也纳大学(University of Vienna)理学博士,1997-2000世界卫生组织国际癌症研究署(IARC/WHO)博士后,2000-2007 IARC/WHO研究员。20079月回国。主要研究方向是探讨参与DNA损伤修复的蛋白质在DNA损伤应激反应过程中的相互作用及其生物学意义。利用遗传工程修饰(常规的或组织细胞特异性)DNA损伤修复基因小鼠,在整体、细胞和分子水平深入研究其蛋白在上皮细胞和神经细胞恶性转化中的作用机制。通过建立神经元变性病及神经源性肿瘤的模式动物,为发现新的疾病干预及治疗方法提供理论基础。在Molecular Cell Biology, Cancer Research, American Journal of Pathology, Nature Medicine, DNA Repair, Oncogene, Cancer Cell, Open Biology, Cell Research等杂志共发表SCI论文50余篇。
