张建民

张建民2003年毕业于中国协和医科大学基础医学院免疫学系,获免疫学博士学位。 20042月到耶鲁大学生物免疫生物学系做博士后,20058月转到约翰霍普金斯大学医学院神经病学系做博士后,2009 - 2016年约翰霍普金斯大学医学院神经病学系任讲师。现任中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/北京协和医学院基础学院免疫学系教授、“协和学者”特聘教授、博士生导师。

研究方向: 
    1.神经系统与免疫系统的对话机制研究:我们通过研究免疫分子在中枢神经系统和神经分子在免疫系统中的作用,探讨神经系统和免疫系统之间相互作用、相互调节的生理机制。
    2.神经免疫性疾病的发病机理、早期诊断生物标志及治疗性靶点的研究。利用基因敲除、基因敲入和转基因小鼠模型,研究重大神经性疾病(如Alzheimers diseaseParkinsons disease 和脑中风等)和免疫性疾病(如自身免疫性疾病等)的病理机制。同时,运用高通量筛选技术寻找这类重大疾病的早期诊断生物标志和治疗性靶点。
