陈厚早

陈厚早(Hou-Zao Chen),男,生化与分子生物学专业博士。2011年任中国医学科学院基础医学研究所副研究员,2013年破格为博士生导师。从事心血管疾病的发病机制的研究,侧重联系衰老和代谢研究表观遗传修饰酶在心血管疾病中的作用。率先阐述了SIRT1在心血管系统的功能和作用分子机制,表明其可成为抗心血管疾病的潜在靶点;共发表研究论文和综述文章50余篇,包括共同第一作者或者通讯作者发表J Clin Invest, J Exp Med, Nat Commun, Circ, Eur Heart J, Cir Res, Aging Cell等30余篇;承担科技部和国家自然科学基金委等多项国家项目,获“协和新星”、“北京科技新星”、“国家自然科学基金委优青” 、“中组部青年拔尖人才”、“教育部青年长江学者”等荣誉或资助。现在中国生化与分子生物学脂质与脂蛋白青年委员会副主任委员,中国老年学和老年医学学会抗衰老分会委员。
