陈厚早(青年拔尖人才)



陈厚早Hou-Zao Chen,男,1978年出生,生化与分子生物学专业博士。中国医学科学院基础医学研究所研究员,2013年破格为博士生导师。从事心血管疾病的发病机制的研究,侧重联系衰老和代谢研究表观遗传修饰酶在心血管疾病中的作用。率先阐述SIRTUIN1SIRT1在心血管系统的功能和作用分子机制,表明SIRTUIN家族分子可成为抗心血管疾病的潜在靶点;共发表SCI研究论文和综述文章等70余篇总影响因子已逾500分,包括通讯(含共同)发表Nat Cell Biol, J Exp Med, Circ, Eur Heart J, Aging Cell30篇,引用3000次,授权专利4项,2 F1000 推荐,Nat Cell Biol5次同期评论。
