       王晨轩,1986年生于北京。中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/北京协和医学院基础学院,生物物理与结构生物
       学系课题组长,副研究员,硕士生导师。课题组隶属于医学分子生物学国家重点实验室,实验室目前有助理
       研究员2人,临床科研人员3人,在读及联合培养研究生6人。在Nature, Science Advances, PNAS, JACS
       际期刊上发表论文
40余篇,获得国家专利授权8项。当前研究方向为疾病相关蛋白质折叠-组装与调控。

教育及工作经历

2004-2008年,兰州大学国家理科化学基地班,本科。

2008-2013年,中国科学院国家纳米科学中心与清华大学化学系联合培养研究生,物理化学专业。导师王琛研究员、杨延莲研究员、李艳梅教授。研究方向:淀粉样蛋白折叠结构的研究及多肽-药物相互作用。2013年获清华大学理学博士学位。

2010年,丹麦奥胡斯大学多学科交叉纳米中心-物理与天文系访问学者。合作导师丹麦皇家科学院院士、中国科学院外籍院士Flemming Besenbacher,董明东教授。研究方向:膜蛋白的超高分辨原子力探针显微术的单分子成像。

2013-2018年,美国威斯康星大学麦迪逊校区化学系,化学与生物工程系博士后。合作导师美国工程院院士Nicholas L. Abbott教授,美国科学院院士Samuel H. Gellman教授。研究方向:多肽的折叠结构与单分子力学研究。

2018年至今,中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/北京协和医学院基础学院生物物理与结构生物学系工作。

 

研究方向:疾病相关蛋白质组装与调控

蛋白质的正确折叠与组装是维持人体生理机能的必需。肽链通过精密地调控分子间相互作用自组装形成有序三维分子结构,进一步组装、聚集、相分离,形成执行生理功能的分子机器与无膜细胞器。蛋白质组装稳态失衡是一系列退行性疾病共同的病理生理基础。研究蛋白质组装过程与结构,认识自组装过程中的分子间相互作用的本质与规律,实现对自组装过程与功能的有效调控对蛋白质组装相关疾病的预防和治疗有重要意义,从经典药物治疗到相关新型药物治疗的兴起,从微观层面对发病分子机理的阐述到宏观层面治疗模式的创新,新的认识将在未来改变相关疾病的诊治模式,为患者改善预后带来新的机遇。王晨轩课题组遵循“认识组装-调控组装-利用组装”的研究思路,发展扫描隧道显微术、原子力探针显微术、核磁共振波谱技术、X-射线单晶衍射、光散射等新颖的物理、物理化学方法用于生物大分子的结构测定,在单分子水平理解与重大疾病发生、发展密切相关的蛋白、多肽的折叠、组装结构和过程,认识蛋白、多肽折叠组装过程中的相互作用本质与调控规律。

        2013年本科毕业于中国农业大学,生物学院(国家理科生物基地班),生物科学专业,获理学学士学位。
        2019年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学博士学位。利用核磁共振技术
        研究蛋白质的结构、动力学与生物功能。同年进入中国医学科学院基础医学研究所,生物物理及结构生物
        学系工作。

 

研究方向

核磁共振波谱技术;多肽/蛋白质的折叠、组装及其生物功能研究;蛋白质-小分子及蛋白质-蛋白质间的相互作用研究。
