王晨轩


简介
        王晨轩,1986年2月生于北京,中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/北京协和医学院基础学院课题组长,副研究员,硕士生导师。

        2008年毕业于兰州大学国家理科化学基地班。2008年至2013年,中国科学院国家纳米科学中心与清华大学化学系联合培养研究生,物理化学专业。2010年,丹麦奥胡斯大学多学科交叉纳米中心-物理与天文系访问学者。2013年获清华大学理学博士学位。2013年至2018年,美国威斯康星大学-麦迪逊分校化学系,化学与生物工程系博士后。2018年至今,中国医学科学院基础医学研究所/北京协和医学院基础学院生物物理与结构生物学系工作。课题组隶属于医学分子生物学国家重点实验室。

        研究工作主要以发展新颖的物理、物理化学方法用于生物大分子的结构测定为导向,理解与重大疾病发生、发展密切相关的蛋白、多肽的折叠、组装结构和过程,认识蛋白、多肽折叠组装过程中的相互作用本质与调控规律,具体包含:
        (1)核磁共振波谱技术、X-射线单晶衍射、光散射、扫描隧道显微术、原子力探针显微术等生物物理研究方法联用,揭示生物大分子折叠、组装结构及相互作用的调控机制。
        (2)植物来源外泌体样纳米颗粒的结构生物学及功能研究。
        (3)扫描隧道显微术与原子力探针显微术原理与应用,单分子物理化学与分子自组装研究。
