Professor Qianben Wang, Executive Director of the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Elected 2026 AIMBE Fellow

April 13, 2026– During the annual event of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE), the 2026 class of AIMBE Fellows was officially inducted. Among 176 distinguished professionals from around the world recognized with this honor isProfessor Qianben Wang, Executive Director of the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.

Professor Wang was elected for his pioneering work in"RNA therapeutics and precision nanomedicine platforms that transformed cancer, infectious disease, and immunotherapy in biomedical engineering."
