多年来专注于蛋白质质量控制、蛋白质翻译后修饰以及蛋白质的结构与功能的关系等研究领域，目前致力于针对肺部疾病的配体陷阱蛋白质药物的创新设计和发展研究，在JBC ，Protein Science，PNAS和Cell等杂志发表SCI论文29篇，其中12篇为一作或通讯作者，曾主持自然科学基金青年项目1项，面上项目2项。
