研究方向: 课题组主要研究领域为药物递送与分子影像,旨在利用基础医学、生物学、药学与材料学等多学科交叉的研究手段,提高肿瘤等疾病治疗和诊断的效率。相关成果已在ACS Nano、Biomaterials、 Journal of Controlled Release、 ACS Materials Letters与Carbohydrate Polymers等专业期刊发表论文35篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者(含共同)论文22篇。申请中国专利3项,参与制定中国国家标准2项。近期课题组研究方向将主要包括: (1)以药物-天然生物大分子相互作用为基础的纳米药物载体设计和应用。 (2)多功能纳米药物在肿瘤成像与治疗中的应用。 (3)纳米生物材料(药物载体)的细胞生物学效应。 教学工作: 研究生课程《生物医学光学》课程负责人,另外承担了八年制、“4+4”临床医学试点班和研究生《生物医学工程》、《纳米医学概论》、《生物物理学》和《生理学的物理分析》课程的部分授课任务。
