牛亚梅研究员的主要研究方向为:以临床重大生命健康问题为驱动、以发现新的早期诊断或治疗靶标为目标,分别从分子、细胞及整体实验动物水平切入系统性研究表观转录标记 RNA m6A 甲基化在肿瘤与神经退行性病变的发生过程中的功能与机制。致力于将基础科研与临床实践实现更好地契合与转化,以达到通过科研成果帮助临床医生解决实际问题的目的。 曾主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金、科技部、北自然以及院校级项目,在Molecular Cell, Cell Reports, Cell Discovery, Genome Biology, Cellular and Molecular Biology Letters, Genomics Proteomics Bioinformatics, Open Biology 等高水平杂志发表 SCI 论文 20 余篇,引用次数 3000 次以上。
