"研究领域:大脑皮层是控制感知、学习、思维意识等高级神经功能的结构,其结构与功能异常会导致一系列神经精神疾病。我们主要围绕大脑皮层的发育与组装机制开展研究,特别是大脑皮层的层次结构及功能分区是如何有序产生的这一核心问题。另外我们也关注自闭症、先天性智力障碍等神经发育障碍疾病的发生机制。 主要成果:发现了一系列新的皮层发育相关的调控分子,提出了大脑皮层发育的“时序双梯度调控模型”,为哺乳动物大脑皮层发育模式提供了一些新的认识。相关成果以第一或通讯作者(含并列)发表在Dev Cell (2019),EMBO J (2023), STTT (2024), PNAS (2019),Cell Rep (2019),eLife (2024), Cereb Cortex (2021, 2022)等学术期刊上。"
