主要从事肥胖、2型糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝等代谢性疾病分子病理机制和干预研究。参与研究的项目《中国人2型糖尿病易感基因生物学功能及作用机制的研究》获2008年中华医学科技奖三等奖。2011年获北京协和医学院“协和新星”资助。2011年获医科院基础所“先进科研工作者”称号。2018年参加中组部和团中央“博士服务团”,挂职西藏自治区人民医院。2019年7月获国家卫生健康委直属机关优秀共产党员称号。国家自然科学基金,北京市自然科学基金评审专家。iSCIENCE, Life Science, Cell Proliferation,Plos One等SCI期刊审稿专家。迄今为止,已发表学术论文30余篇,包括作为通讯作者或第一作者发表在J Hepatol.,eLife,Sci China Life Sci.,Mol Metab.,FASEB J, iScience,J Proteome Res.等杂志。
