从事免疫学领域研究,主要聚焦天然免疫的表观与代谢调控、肿瘤免疫方向。近年来,以独立一作和/或通讯作者在Science、Cancer Cell、Signal Transduct Target Ther等期刊发表系列文章,以第一发明人获得国家发明专利授权3项。相关工作揭示了宿主-病原体互作过程中天然免疫的RNA表观修饰与能量代谢调控新机制,提出“肿瘤转移前微环境的六大特征”新概念,为感染性疾病诊治提供了潜在新靶标。 此外,主持国家优青、国自然面上等多项科研项目。入选《麻省理工科技评论》亚太区“35岁以下科技创新35人”、中国科协“青年人才托举工程”等;应邀参加“第68届诺贝尔奖医学/生理学获得者大会”、在“全球青年科技领袖峰会”等国内外会议作口头报告。
