"课题组主要研究方向包括:gdT细胞在肿瘤的免疫监视中的作用及在抗肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用;神经退行性疾病的病理机制及神经系统与免疫系统之间相互调节的作用机制;诱导多能干细胞的定向分化、干细胞外泌体的改造及在疾病中的应用。主持和参加国家重大、重点科技项目和中美、中日、中德国际合作项目50余项,在国内外期刊发表论文和综述200余篇,主要研究成果发表在Cell,Nat Immunol,PNAS,Neuro Oncol,Blood,Cell Mol Immunol等知名杂志上。主编学术专著6部,授权发明专利10项,获得国家科技进步二等奖2项,省部级科技进步奖1项。 近年来课题组研究重心逐渐集中于临床转化应用研究上,与多家三甲医院合作,积极推进同种异体γδT细胞肿瘤过继免疫治疗的临床试验;另一方面,实现多项技术专利的转让,积极推动与企业的全面合作与融合,参与细胞治疗领域共性技术和先进关键技术的合作研发和临床转化。"
