"研究方向: 我们主要围绕疾病的基因组学基础开展下列三个方面的研究: 1)生物时空组学技术与生物信息方法研究。 2)疾病的基因组空间结构与功能研究。 3)疾病的个体化诊疗新策略研究。 主要研究成果: 近期我们在Nature Methods(SEAM,2021)、Nature Communications(MyoD, 2022、BL-Hi-C, 2017)、Genome Biology(Hi-MS,2021、3CPET, 2015)、Genome Research(FIND, 2018)、Nucleic Acids Research(PhaSepDB, 2020、HiCDB, 2018)、Analytical Chemistry(PECAN,2018)等期刊发表基因组技术、生物信息方法、基因组调控机理相关论文五十余篇,获得中国发明专利3项,获得软件著作权2项。研究成果入选2018年度、2021年度中国生物信息学十大进展。"
